Our Refund Policy

The Redwood Retreat is a unique property which often books months in advance. Because of the lead time generally required to secure bookings, our refund policy is as follows:

In the event a customer wishes to cancel a reservation:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made 14 days prior to the arrival date.
Grace period: Free cancellation for 12 hours after booking if arrival is at least 36 hours away at time of booking
Travel Insurance is purchased separately and is subject to cancelation policies of the issuer.
If a booking is made through a listing sire other than TheRedwoodRetreat.com, any booking fees charged by that listing site will be refundable only at the discretion of the listing site, traveler should not expect a refund of such fee’s.
